Hello,
In Karnataka PGCET Counselling choice 2 indicates that you are satisfied with the institute allotted to you but wish to participate in subsequent round so as to get seat allotment in a better choice of institute. Candidates selecting the choice 2 must pay the prescribed fee by downloading the challan and download the admission order and report at the allotted institute. The fee that you have paid will be transferred to the institute in which you are allotted seat in the first round hence you can see the name of the institute allotted in first round of the counselling. If a seat is allotted in second round of the counselling the previous seat allotment will gets cancelled automatically and you do not have to pay the fee once again. If no seat is allotted to you then your seat allotted in first round will be retained.
Hello aspirant,
I hope that you are doing absolutely great.
With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that As per the information given in the official website of KCET - if a candidate fails to report to the college after allotment of seats in the Second Extended Round of the counselling, legal action will be initiated against such candidate in accordance with law.
Further, I would like to tell you that - after the second extended seat allotment a candidate cannot exercise any choice.
So, you cannot cancel the seat allotted in the second extended round. You need to get admission in the allotted institute by paying the prescribed fee and report at the allotted institute.

Dear applicant the most important fact at this moment would be to pay the desired money, because whatever money you paid you will get the refund within 7 working days. If you have tried to make the payment through UPI mode then try to make the payment through Debit Cards ( RuPay, MasterCard or Visa) or Credit Cards as well. You can contact the enquiry mail id of the Bank or the Contact details provided by the examination authority regarding payment stating your issue. But try to make an alternate successful payment within the deadline to avoid further issues,
Hope it helps!!

Hi ayush,
It is good that you shared what you feel actually. Clearing your mind and sharing of thoughts matters because by sharing your thights it will definitely help you to feel better. Since you chose this platform, I would say donot get depressed because it is not defining who you will be and what will be your status.
Depression kills from inside. Eventually you will lose everything you have right now as you are slowly destroying it by your thoughts. Since you have mentioned the thought of failing, it is not actually true. At least you are trying, there are many people out there who didn't even try. You are scared of getting failed but remember if you donot fight for what you want , you are already failed.
Donkt think any negative words. Think that you will do better this time, I know it is not easy but if you follow this mindset then definitely it will improve your life.
You will do better and will surely make our parents proud. Just do hardwork and stay focused.
Follow these:
Hope you will understand
Thank you:)
See if your college/institution have a greater than Rs. 2 lacs fees, then You can contact the admission cell of your institution and get it discussed. Usually, the amount paid option for most institutions asks for the one time payment of all the amount. So if you contact your institution then they can guide about the procedure or they can give you alternate options like Bank Challan, Cheque etc. So its better to contact the institution as all this rules of accepting the fees is under the vigilance of your institute only.
Have a great day!
