difference syllabus between mba cet and banking
Hello aspirant,
Yes, the bank entrance exam and the mba entrance exam have nearly the same syllabus, but the bank entry exam is more simpler than the mba entrance exam. The bank PO has the fundamentals of CAT, and the level of CAT is quite high. While the bank PO exam is speed-based, the CAT exam is more intellectual.
Thank you
Hope this information helps you.

how to apply Manipal banking program in bank of baroda
The Manipal School of Banking (MSB) program offered in collaboration with Bank of Baroda (BOB) seems to be a specific program designed for entry-level positions in BOB.
-
Visit the official website of Bank of Baroda .
-
Look for their "Careers" section. They might have specific information about BOB's Graduate/Trainee programs or entry-level opportunities.
-
Once on the careers page, search for job openings that mention "Probationary Officer" or "Management Trainee" roles. These could be entry-level programs similar to the MSB program.
-
Look for keywords like "Fresh Graduates" or "Entry Level" to narrow down your search.
The application process is usually online. The BOB website will have detailed instructions on how to apply, including required documents and deadlines.
There isn't readily available information online about a specific "Manipal Banking Program" offered in collaboration with BOB for the current year. It's possible this program might not be offered every year, or the name might have changed.
If you can't find information about the MSB program, focus on applying for BOB's general entry-level opportunities mentioned earlier. These programs might offer similar training and career paths within BOB.

I am arts Graduate with 8 years Banking managerial job experience. want to join defence job can I eligible any kind of defence position
It is less likely you will be eligible for most officer positions in the Indian Armed Forces with an Arts degree and banking experience.
The SSC (Officers) entry allows graduates from any stream to apply for specific roles in the Army (Non-Technical), Navy (Logistics), and Air Force (Ground Duties). The age limit for entry can vary between 25-30 years old depending on the service and branch. Given your age and experience, this might be a challenge.
The Territorial Army is a part-time reserve force with openings for officers. There might be openings for Arts graduates with relevant experience, but selection is competitive.
I hope it helps!
what is the exam pattern for MCOM (banking and finace) for example 60:40 pattern 60 percent written and 40 percent project and assignments or 100 percent written? please answer this
Hello Krish,
Because different institutions use different grading methodologies, the MCom (Banking and Finance) test pattern may alter based on the university or institution you are enrolled in. I can, however, give you a broad overview of the standard test formats that many colleges use for the MCom (Banking and Finance) degree.
1. Typical MCom (Banking and Finance) Exam Patterns
a) 60:40 Pattern (40 percent project/assignments and 60 percent written exam)
Many Indian colleges, especially those that offer MCom programs with a focus on banking and finance, use this evaluation pattern.
60% Written test:
Both long-answer and short-answer questions based on theory usually make up the written test.
Banking, finance, accounting, risk management, financial markets, etc. are typical topics. The exam can be either annual (one exam per year) or semester-based (two exams per year, one for each semester).
40% Project/Assignments:
This section consists of case studies, seminars, assignments, and projects.
Internal evaluations that take place throughout the semester, such as quizzes, presentations, and group projects, may also count towards the 40% requirement.
b) The 100% written exam in which your final grade is determined by the semester-end tests, may be adopted by certain universities or institutions. This method typically concentrates more on banking and finance theory and principles.
100% Written Exam:
This test usually lasts three hours and consists of both short- and long-answer questions.
Your knowledge of subjects including corporate finance, financial services, banking laws, investment analysis, financial markets, macro and microeconomics, etc., will be evaluated on the test.
The internal assessment might still be in place in this situation, but it wouldn't be used to determine the final grade. This might not always be included in the final grades, but some universities might view it as a distinct factor.
