Hello aspirant. Yes, you will be able to change your paper type in jee mains application form. Jee main 2020 application correction facility for april exam will start from March 8th by NTA. Except for the cities, you can change all the other details like name, paper type, category, image etc. Change and resubmit the application form

There is no case of sectional cutoff in JEE mains paper two. You just need to score more than the required cut for your category. The registration has started from 1st February, 2020 & last date to apply is 25th February, 2020. The rank list of KEAM B.Arch will be published around the third week of June, which will be followed by online centralized counseling.
