I have 77 % in BBA, 84.2% in 12th and 87.6% in 10th. If I score 80 percentile in CAT, can I get into MICA ?

sadafreen356 5th Oct, 2024

A CAT percentile of 90 or above can strengthen your application to MICA, it is not the only factor that determines admission.MICA considers scores of CAT and MICAT which are weighted 50–50 percent for the interview call.

Strong performance in the Pshycometric test and descriptive writing increase your chances to get into mica even if you score 80 percentile.the admission is based upon whole performance including every marks.

Colleges that offer BBA B.DES dual course in Hyderabad

Deepti Singh 3rd Oct, 2024

Hello,
Some colleges in Hyderabad do offer integrated courses that can culminate into a BBA + B.Des course, although the two courses can be very specific and not very common. However, some colleges do offer flexible combinations or specializations leading to management and design fields. Such options include

Woxsen University is for innovative curricula of design and management, Woxsen allows interdisciplinary learning that combines business education with creative design.

ICAT Design and Media College – Sells mostly design courses, but could offer courses with a way to integrate business management skills with design courses.

Anurag University – The institute offers courses which bear a path that goes well together with both design and management.

Sometimes, a student might be interested in reaching out directly to a college to discuss custom or flexible dual degrees because this specific combination will not always be listed. Such institutions promote interdisciplinary education and provide benefits about a BBA-B.Des dual course.

Can i do dual course BBA and B.DES together

Prachi Kumari 3rd Oct, 2024

Hello,

It is generally challenging to pursue BBA and B.Des (Bachelor of Design) simultaneously as both are full-time undergraduate courses requiring significant time and focus.

- Universities in India typically do not offer dual degrees combining BBA and B.Des, as these disciplines have distinct curricula.

- However, you may explore flexible learning options such as pursuing one degree full-time and the other part-time or through distance education.

- Some universities may allow concurrent degrees under certain conditions, but it is crucial to consult academic advisors and the specific institutions for policies regarding dual degree programs in these fields.

Hope it helps !

by mistake i fill the BBA CA cap round form insted of BBA General so can i fill the BBA general form in next cap round

Jefferson 29th Sep, 2024

Hey there! Thanks for reaching out to us at Careers360.

Oh no, I totally get how frustrating it can be to realize you've filled out the wrong form. Don't worry though, these things happen!

Regarding your situation with the BBA CA and BBA General forms, it really depends on the specific rules of the admission process you're going through. Some universities are pretty flexible and allow changes between rounds, while others might have stricter policies

Your best bet would be to contact the admissions office directly. They'll have the most up-to-date info on whether you can switch to BBA General in the next CAP round.

If you want, I can try to find their contact details for you. Just let me know which university or board is handling your admissions, and I'll see what I can dig up.

Hang in there! We'll figure this out.
