Candidates belonging to the SC category in Maharashtra appearing for BBA admissions through the MAH BBA CET are eligible for a reduced application fee of Rs. 800, compared to RS.1,000 for general and OBC candidates. The admission process includes registering for the CET, appearing for the exam, and participating in Centralized Admission Process (CAP) rounds, where SC candidates benefit from reservation and lower cutoff ranks. Based on past trends, top colleges in Mumbai and Pune like Jai Hind, HR, Mithibai, BMCC, and D.Y. Patil may require around 80 plus percentile for SC category students. After seat allotment in CAP rounds, candidates must report to the allotted institute for document verification and fee payment to confirm their admission.
Hi dear candidate,
The BBA course if offered by many private and semi-government colleges like IPU, so the fees relaxation policy for each university differs from each other. The IPU university colleges offers total 3 year fees of BBA from 4 Lakhs to 5.5 Lakhs and for SC category there is up to 5% relaxation available.
The admission process in many of the private colleges like Amity, Galgotiya's , KRMU etc. is merit based with marks generally above 55% in 12th grade. For IPU they require IPUCET exam with rank below 2000 for the best colleges. Students also get admission with rank as high as 10,000. With SC category you have slight more chances.
You can also refer to our BBA admission page for more information:

Keep in mind that IPU has closed registrations for BBA but many private colleges are still open for admissions.
ALL THE BEST !
First, try for Jagannath International Management School in the first shift. Last year, students with a rank around 2322 got a seat here. Then, you can try for Jagan Institute of Management Studies Rohini in the second shift. Its closing rank was around 2114. Next, consider Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies second shift. Its last year closing rank was around 1019, so you may not get it easily, but you can still keep it in preference in case the cutoffs drop. Finally, you should add Institute of Innovation in Technology and Management second shift. This college had closing ranks up to 5776, so you have a good chance there.
You should list these colleges in order of your preference, giving more importance to evening shift and better colleges first. You can wait for Round 3 also if you don’t get a seat in Round 2.
Hello
LSA College offers a 3-year BBA program under DAVV. The exact first-year fee isn’t clearly listed online. Similar colleges charge around 60,000 to 1.5 lakh per year. You can contact the college directly for accurate details. It’s best to confirm through the admission office or official website.
Dear student,if this percentage is for your 10+2 then you are eligible for BBA LLB course in this college but you need to also score atleast 80+ for the MHCET entrance exam.
For admission in BBA LLB in Firodiya College a student should has successfully completed 10+2) or equivalent (such as 11 + 1, A level in Senior Secondary School Leaving Certificate Course) from a recognised board or university in India. The students belonging to OBC category belonging to State of Maharashtra have to score minimum 42% in 12. Along with that the student hs to clear the MHCET entrance exam. In 2024 the cutoff for OBC in MHCET went to around 80.
Yes, you can get admission into 5th semester BBA at Gondwana University even if you have one backlog each from the 1st and 2nd semesters . Universities like Gondwana generally allow students to progress if the number of active backlogs is within the permitted limit and you're attending classes regularly.
However, you must clear those backlogs in the upcoming semesters. Too many unresolved backlogs could delay graduation or affect placement eligibility.
If you take admission in BBA through distance mode, you don’t need to go to college every day. You can study from home. But yes, some universities conduct offline exams, so you may need to go to an exam centre to write the papers.
If anything happens while going for the exam, then you will be responsible for it, not the university.
In distance mode, you can’t attend daily live classes like regular students. But you will get study material, recorded lectures, and sometimes live sessions which you can watch anytime.
In regular mode, you have to go to college daily, and attendance is usually compulsory.
Hope it helps !
