According to the Constorium of National Law Universities, candidates must have completed or be enrolled in class 12 in any stream with a minimum cumulative score of 45% from a recognised central or state board in order to be eligible for the CLAT.
Maths is not a compulsory subject to get admission in ballb courses in NLUs. Therefore, you can enrol in BBA LLB (Hons.) without mathematics.

Both the courses BA LLB and B. Tech. are top most courses and are best option for UPSC. Although B. Tech. will have more hectic schedule as it involves practical classes also, on the other hand BA LLB is more of theory. BA LLB will give specializations in the field of law and governance so candidates can expect some sort of overlapping in UPSC syllabus, but B. Tech. subjects are altogether different. B. Tech tends to build a rationale and logical thinking among candidates.
In past few years the number of engineers qualifying the exam has increased.
