Yes, you are eligible to appear in Central and State government jobs and admission in any University. BBOSE stands for Bihar Open Schooling and Examination Board, Patna was recognized in 2011 it has been established mainly keeping in mind the education of poor children. BBOSE is a recognized institution of the Government of Bihar. Candidate passed 12th from a recognized board are eligible to appear in entrance examination in any undergraduate course.

For taking admission in BBA/ MBAcourse from any college in India one has to secure 12th pass exam with 50% marks and at the entrance test that will be taken before taking admission in some of the colleges atleast 50% marks in this entrance test also.

Indian Maritime University conducts IMU CET to provide admission into the various engineering undergraduate courses offered by the campuses.

For applying in IMUCET, the minimum age should be 18 years and maximum age should be 25 years.

Candidates should have scored minimum 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Atleast 50% marks have to be scored in English. Relaxation of marks will be given to SC/ST candidates, however, it will not be applicable for English.

IELTS has nothing to do with the fact that you passed from BBOSE board. Canadian universities refer educational agencies to convert your marks into their credit based system or traditional GPA system, so you have nothing to worry about that. Moreover, IELTS is an english-proficiency test, so it has least connected with which board you passed from. You can apply for universities anywhere in the world easily.

Canadian universities ask you to submit your transcripts including your academic records to the educational agencies that will convert your marks into the Canadian grade point system. In short, all the educational boards which are recognized by the Government of India will be valid for admission in any university, either in the country or abroad.
