My 12th class result 46% i thought I should do BCA can i get a addmission in your college ?

Akansha Sharma 19th Apr, 2025

With a 46% in your 12th class, getting admission to some top colleges for BCA might be difficult, as many colleges have a minimum percentage requirement (usually around 50% or higher). However, you may still have chances in private colleges or institutions with lower eligibility criteria. It's a good idea to check with individual colleges for their specific admission requirements, as some may offer direct admission or consider entrance exams for BCA programs.

last year i didnt pay 2nd sem exam fees Bca because i had emergency surgery so the college cancelled my admission so now this year i went to college to take admission for same course Bca from 1st sem but they are saying now you are not allowed to same course Bca you can take other course

Devanshi Goyal 1st May, 2025

HELLO,

Since you missed paying the 2nd semester exam fees last year because of emergency surgery, the college canceled your BCA admission. Now when you went to take admission again in the same course (BCA), they are not allowing you. They are asking you to take a different course.

Why this is happening:

  • The college may have a rule that if a student’s admission is canceled once, they cannot take the same course again.

  • Their system or policy might block it.

What you can do:

  1. Explain your situation in writing  include your medical documents.

  2. Talk to the Principal or Head of Department  request them to allow you back in BCA.

  3. If the college is part of a university, go to the university office and ask for help.

Is there any course with BCA and MCA

Akansha Sharma 14th Apr, 2025

Yes, there are integrated courses that combine BCA and MCA into a single program, usually called Integrated BCA-MCA. This course lasts for 5 years and helps students save a year compared to doing both degrees separately. It is a good option if you are sure about continuing in the IT field. You get both graduation and post-graduation degrees, and the syllabus is designed to smoothly progress from basics to advanced topics in computer applications.
