The total program fee for BCA (Honors) at KLE Technological University , Belgaum , is approximately INR 2.25 to 3 Lakhs . This includes a tuition fee of INR 75,000 for the first year , and the fees for hostel and mess will be separate.

Yes, you can definitely opt for BCA course with 73% marks in 12th class. BCA is offered by private or semi-government colleges in India and each university or college has it's own fees structure as well as qualifications for the course.
