Yes, you can easily get admission to Bhawanipur College with 60% in B.COM (//B.COM) as the admission criteria as per the official guidelines state that anyone who has obtained a minimum of 50% in the aggregate and 45% marks in subjects related to B.COM (//B.COM) is eligible for taking up the B.com (//B.com) course.

But you can find the matter over getting morning batch or the evening batch as the students are willing to take the morning batch whereas the college committee delivers the morning batches to the high percentage scoring students.
