can i get merit bds seat with neet 438 score

Sajal Trivedi 22nd May, 2024

Hello aspirant,

The cutoff of colleges changes every year as it depends on the number of applicants, exam difficulty level etc. But at 438 score, you have good chances of getting BDS seat in good colleges. I suggest you to try to get admission in this year only.

Thank you

Hope this information helps you.

I am currently a neet aspirant, took 2 drops the marks arent pretty high, its 200+ , I didnt studied at all these previous year but right now I have decided to do my best and make it happen, so should I take BDS private or should I take a another drop, here partial drop is not happening (bond)

Hello Akshat

You havd taken taken 2 years drop .Neet exam was. Commenced in this month only . Again you can appear next year if you want to prepare.

You have not mentioned your exact marks .

It is not possible to just predict medical Course and college .

Even you won't get bds seat with 200+ marks . These days die to fierce competition  , you need 400 marks for bds Course.

With your exact score we can just assume .

Wait for this year's neet results ,

Admissions are based on Neet cut off. Cut iff changes every year , also it depends upon Number of students appeared,  Toughness level of exam. Previous year's cut off etc .

I achieve 430 marks in neet, can I obtain bds government college

mjaisinghani62 21st May, 2024

Hello aspirant

To get bds seat in government college , the candidate must secure 450+ marks in neet ( for general category candidate )

Considering you as a general category candidate , you are just few marks less from expected cut off .

We can't predict anything at this time but you may have chances of getting a bds seat whether in private or government college depends upon neet cut off 2024. Cut off keeps changing every and depends upon many factors such as number of students appeared in exam,  difficulty level of exam,  number of seats available and previous years cut off.

Qualifying marks for neet ug for general category is p

50 percentile ie score between 720 - 137

After doing BDS what should i have to do to do MDS

Tanya Gupta 19th May, 2024

Hello,

After completing a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), pursuing a Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) involves several important steps. The first step is to qualify for the entrance examination, with the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for MDS (NEET-MDS) being the most common in India. Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria, which generally include having a BDS degree from a recognized institution and valid registration with the Dental Council of India or a State Dental Council. Focus on preparing for the NEET-MDS exam, which tests your knowledge of the BDS syllabus.

Hope this helps,

Thank you
