Considering you as general category candidate , With 260 marks in Neet 2024 it is difficult to get government bds seat. This is so as there is fierce competition and also it depends upon cut off neet 2024. Cut off changes every year and depends upon factors including number of candidates appeared in exam, difficulty level of exam, normalisation process, seat intake and previous year's cut off.
Now looking at previous years cut off trends fir getting government bds seat , the candidate must secure 610+ score .

If you have 30 lakh rupees in hand , you must set your budget accordingly.
Please don't lend money or loan. It will create problems in future , as you still have 5 to 6 years study and then you will be able to earn , till that time uoj will have to pay interest .
So it will be a wise decision if you plan according to your expenses and save some amount for your clinic and other necessities .
If you are getting good score In neet then you will get a government seat ( get any either mbbs or bds ) then fees will be less .
In private colleges the fees will be high .
Try for government college first if you won't get in it then go for private colleges.
