pl tell me the admission procedure in PSG COIMBATORE for btech?

shubham 23rd Feb, 2020

Hello Manoj

There are two ways to join PSG Coimbatore,

Through Anna University Counselling, provided you have good cut-off marks. During counselling there are two type of seats available for PSG Coimbatore. One with Government Sponsored Seat, the other one not sponsored by Government. The main difference between them are the academic fees you pay, Government Sponsored Seat will be around 15k -20k per year whereas the other one will cost you around 55k each year.

PSG also has some reserved seats of their own, they call it as Management seats.

Hope it helps.

what if I complete 1st year be/btech in some college (excluding iit) can I get 2nd year admissions in iit?

Shudhanshu Gupta Student Expert 18th Oct, 2019
HELLO
If you have done your BE/Btech first year from any college excluding IIT's and you want to take admission in IIT from second year onward then it is not possible , you can take admission from second year in the college of same university by lateral entry if you score at least 75% in your first year , and for having admission in IIT's you will have to secure a rank in JEE advance and then also you can take admission in first year not from second year.
And still you have an another option to do masters from IIT's.
Best of luck.
