Delhi University doesn't offer btech programs. For bsc programs there is an option for bsc in computer science but the cut off almost starts from 90 percent and more. But the merit list changes every year. So you may get admission. But if you have any category certificate then it will be easier for you to get the seat in Delhi University.

Yes you may get a branch of you choice as the lpunest exam mainly focuses on discounts and future scholarship. It is just an eligibility exam which allows students to get admission through it. As it is one of the private colleges , thus it also takes admissions through donation i.e. backdoor entry.

Here are the details regarding admission in MSRIT:

Eligibility: A candidate who has passed 10 + 2 examination (equivalent to the two years Pre University in Karnataka) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics as optional subjects.

The eligibility for admission is 45% of aggregate in case of General Category and 40% marks of aggregate in the qualifying examination in case of SC/ST, Category-1 and OBC Category candidates. The aggregate marks obtained in the best three subjects in the qualifying examination will be considered in case the marks obtained in Chemistry is less for the required percentage for the purpose of determination of eligibility (and not for the purpose of determination of rank, in respect of engineering/technology courses).

Entrance Exam: KEA / COMEDK. Admission is through counselling based on the rank obtained in either of these entrance tests and marks obtained in 10+2.

Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) conducts Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) to offer admissions to those interested in various courses, offered by different colleges in the state of Karnataka. You need to appear for CET in Physics, Chemistry and Maths subjects to secure admissions in Engineering / Technology courses conducted by KEA.

Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) conducts a state-level examination called COMEDK UGET (Undergraduate Entrance Test) to offer admissions to interested candidates in engineering and medical degree courses offered by colleges/institutes that are affiliated to COMEDK.

Seats under management quota are also available for students who fail to take admission through counselling. Students from abroad can also apply for direct admission under NRI quota.

Yes,you can take admission in upes college. For that, you will have to give the entrance examination that is UPESAT. UPESAT is specially conducted by the university. This examination is held in online mode. The admission is done on the basis of your performance in UPESAT examination. The examination is of 3 hours with multiple choice questions. There is no negative marking for an incorrect answer and 1 point will be rewarded for every correct answer. The examination is of total 200 marks. The syllabus for this examination will be the same as JEE Mains. The question paper will contain 5 sections which are physics, chemistry, maths, english language comprehension, and current affairs.

it is difficult to let you know that  how much marks you need to crack the exam, as it is totaly depend on the cut off which is set by the minimum and maximum marks, so yo have to wait fo the cut off an d at that time only you will get to know about the clearance of your exam.
