But Income certificate is valid for a financial year . Financial year starts on April first and ends on March 31, of next year.  If you get income certificate on April 20, 2019 then it will be valid till March 31, 2020.

M.A is a two years post graduation course in arts. You can do M.A  after doing B.A bed. If you want to do M.A in regular mode then at one time you can take only one degree. As per my knowledge there is no such provision for doing two degrees at the same time.
