Hello Aspirant,
B.Ed subject and graduation subject are unrelated.
All B.Ed. colleges adhere to the NCTE's recommended curriculum.
All colleges teach theory papers on topics like educational philosophy, educational psychology, school administration, learning theories, educational thinkers, etc., despite the fact that the books' names and authors may vary.
In addition, methodology papers are required for all B.Ed. courses, and you must select one language and one school subject.
According to the rules, a student must have studied at least two school courses during his undergraduate degree in order to be admitted to a B.Ed programme. However, many universities disregard this requirement and accept students.

If teaching is what you're after, it's worthwhile. You gain a lot of understanding about what teaching is all about and how to do it. Keep in mind that no education is a time waste, always pays off at the proper moment.
All the best.
B. Ed, or bachelor of education, is a two-year teacher-training programme that requires at least a bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least a 50 percent grade from an accredited university. Therefore, since you are a Class 12 student, you cannot pursue a BEd.
However, The government has announced a four-year integrated teacher education programme in accordance with the New Education Policy (NEP). The BEd programme will now be integrated and last four years. Students who pursue a four-year BEd degree will also earn a BA, BSc, or BCom in addition to their BEd degree.
So I will suggest you to go for the integrated course of 4 years.
