B.Ed. is Mandatory for all those who want to tech in primary and secondary schools.
Eligibility criteria for Applying in B.Ed . - Candidate with at least 50% marks in aggregate either in Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree in Sciences in Science / Social science/ Humanities / Commerce or any other qualification are eligible for applying for the same.
For getting admission in B.Ed. you can take Merit or also Appear in Entrance Examination.

Yes, you can apply for any government exam after b.ed Ba integrated course. You have mentioned government exams like SSC, so SSC CHSL is an exam that you can take even after 12 and for SSC CGL you are also eligible. And for this exam your age should not be less than 18 and should not be more than 32( Reserved category can avail some relaxation in age criteria).
And for UPSC you are also eligible. This is a civil service examination conducted for the post of IAS, IFS, IPS, etc. The basic eligibility for this exam is that you must have passed a bachelor's degree from a recognized university and your age must fall between 21 to 32.

B.El.Ed or Bachelor of Elementary Education is an Undergraduate course of 4 years. It is a full time course which means that the aspiring candidates will not be eligible to pursue the same through distance or correspondence education.

B.ED course can not be offered in correspondence/distance learning mode by any Institute/University in India. B.Ed course needs to be done on full time basis only as per University Grants Commission rules as of today. BEd is a course which is realted to teaching and you should learn the techniques of teaching through theoritcal and practicals, which can be done by a full time course. Further BEd course does not require any prior work experience in teaching field.
You can apply to BEd course to a college affiliated to a University based on your graduation marks of minimum 50%. Fee structure varies from college to college.

Yes , You can do your Master of education (M.Ed) after your BEd and MSc, the eligibility criteria for MEd is that you need a BEd degree from a government recognized college and you have a BEd is regular degree so you fulfil this eligibility .

The scholarship amount will be depending upon your college as you mentioned a collage in tag of Basti, UP I can see then you should contact to the college for the same as much of the knowledge for such institution is not there. But if I tell you general then if you belong from any reserved category like a schedule caste and Scheduled Tribes then you will be getting 100% fee waiver and if you are from any minority or OBC or general then you will be getting about 25 to 30% of fee waiving.
