Every year DU releases its cutoff  list which contains information about the cut offs for respective subjects and colleges. Though sometimes it falls down with respect to initial years but going through your marks I don't think so it is possible for you to get admission in any colleges of DU this year.

Basically colleges start during month of July-August in every session.

But, as the corona pandemic occurred, most of the courses have been continued online.

I think this time, they will get again from agust 2021.

But for better reach, you can ask the college administrators, as they will provide you the exact details for your course of B.A. or B.Ed.

So considering your marks and category, there are very low chances of getting a seat in the main campus with this score.

Yes. For eg the eligibility criteria for PGT maths teacher post in kendriya vidyalaya sangathan reads

" Two year integrated postgraduate MSc course of regional college of education of NCERT in the subject concerned" or

Master's degree from a recognized university with atleast 50% marks in aggregate in mathematics/applied mathematics

BEd or a equivalent degree from a recognized university

Now an additional degree has been made essential that is to qualify the exam of CTET ( Central Teacher Eligibility Test) .This certificate was initially valid only for a period of 7 years but recently the NCTE( National Council for Teacher Education) has extended its validity for lifetime, it means you can keep applying as many times in government schools ( till the prescribed age limit).

Desirable qualifications : knowledge of computer applications.
