The fees for B.Ed is different for different colleges and places. The fee ranges vary from 70000 to 1 lakh per annum. For Jamia Milia Islamia government college, the fees is only 13,800 per annum. So, the fee structure  totally depends on the ownership of colleges.

No, you cannot take admission simultaneously in two different courses or same courses in different colleges. In case you take admission at two places, your admission will be cancelled from both the colleges/courses .Because board will provides one certificate for 10th and 12th .

So you should only appear one time .

The eligibility and counselling rule varies from university to university. As this year due to covid -19 the exam of final years has been delayed. And for most of the courses result has not been declared yet.

So institutions are allowing relaxation to such candidates or starting admission procedure with slight delay. However for the candidate have to produce the final year result document at the time of document verification or when they specify the date to peoduce the documents.

So you should check the university rule in which you want to apply for B.ed course or contact the particular college regarding your problem.
