Chandra, for being eligible for B.Ed, you should have completed your Graduation in any discipline. B.Tech is an Undergraduation course and so if you complete B.Tech as your Bachelor's degree, you can study B.Ed further. There is no issue with studying B.Tech and then opting for B.Ed.

Yes, Indian Institute of Teacher Education, Ahmedabad offers B.Sc-B.Ed 4 year integrated programme, in which along with graduation course education, the students are offered skill courses to enhance their teaching skills.
The candidate must have passed 10+2 level from science side with English subject with minimum 50% marks.
The admission are done on the basis of i3T – Integrated Test for Teacher Trainee conducted by the Indian Institute of Teacher Education (IITE) .

I think you are asking for patrician college Dehradun. It's a private College and offers B.ed in 7 disciplines- physical science, biological sciences, economic, english,hindi and mathematics. These courses are of 1 year duration and available on only regular mode. Fees is around 1.5-2 lacs
