There is only private college in Andhra Pradesh offering food technology course in Btech. It is Vignan's Foundation for Science Technology and Research in Guntur. GITAM college of Vishakapatnam also offers Food technology course but it is in BSc, domain. Cut-off marks for Government veterinarian seats vary from year to year depending on the number of students who appear in the exam and how difficult the exam is. If you belong to the general category and are applying under the 85 percent state quota seats, you should score above 470 marks, and if you are applying under the 15 percent all India quota seats, you should score above 500 marks to secure a seat in Government veterinar.

There is no particular information about Bhimavaram. However I can tell you the top colleges offering Bachelor of fishery science in Andhra Pradesh:
Admission in Bsc fisheries in KUFOS i.e Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies is through NEET entrance examination. Also, to be eligible for KUFOS you must have studied biology, even students with biotechnology are not eligible. So you are not eligible being a pcm student without biology in KUFOS for bsc fisheries.

I am extremely sorry but you are not eligible for neet examination being a PCM student.
This is because,
To be eligible for Neet examination it is mandatory to have a studied Biology /biotechnology in your class 12th.

As per, Neet 2021 eligibility criteria to be eligible you must be either appearing for 12th board examination 2021 or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
