The admission in most private colleges are very simple and students of any states can take admission through their All India rank in NEET UG examination ,some colleges also offer admission through DMER. The process is same for every student regardless of his/her state.
To get admission simply look into to the college website and find how to admission in conducted( might be different for different colleges ) and NEET UG counselling. If you are still unsure about something just mail the college authorities and they will help you.

Government of Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell is the Maharashtra Ayush NEET Counselling Conducting Authorit
As far as cutoff is concerned the first list for BAMS in Maharashtra is Declared on 26–07 and you can directly refer the cutoff. Approximately cutoff for Full government is 460+ for general candidates . And 440+ for OBC. Students can use EWS & SEBC in counseling
Veterinary - Eligibility, Cut Off. Reserve category candidates must secure at least 5.50 CGPA out of 10.00 CGPA. Ph. D candidates must have secured at a minimum of 7.00 CGPA (6.50 CGPA for reserved category) out of 10.00 CGPA in their M.V

With 187 marks, there is lesser possibility to get government college for BHMS or BAMS through All India quota in SC category.
For All India quota cutoff keeps between 400-500 for BHMS, BAMS for general category and for SC/ST category, 300+ is a considerable score
Through state quota there could have been few chance for you to get a seat through SC category.

Yes, you are eligible to do a diploma in gynecology and obstetrics after BHMS. The basic eligibility for this is that you must have passed MBBS/BHMS from any medical college which is recognized by the medical council of India and you should have scored at least 50% marks in your graduation.
