my mark is 282 to BHMS admission to college

Priyanka Singh 6th Nov, 2021

Hello,

I hope you are doing well.

You have scored well but your chance for getting BAMS is average. For admission into BAMS in government colleges, you need around 300. You can go for private colleges.

You can use college predictor to know about colleges you can get:

I got 130 marks in neet ug . any chances to admission 8n bhms

Priyanka Singh 6th Nov, 2021

Hi,

I hope you are doing well.

As you have mentioned that your neet score is 130 marks which indeed are too less to get into a government medical college. But you haven't mentioned your category. Nevertheless, with 130 marks if you want to apply for a government seat, then i would say that sorry to won't be eligible for that!!!!

But with 130 marks you can get into a private college for BHMS. Beacuse for government medical colleges the cutoff for BHMS is near about 350+ marks for reserved category which is too high according to your score.

So, joining any private college for BHMS is a preferable choice.

I hope this would help you.

can I get bhms with125 marks in neet

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 6th Nov, 2021

Hi

I am assuming you from general category

>>>>>>>> With 125 marks

You cannot any medical/dental college be it government or private , not even for bhms

This is because,

With your marks , you have failed to qualify Neet examination  but  in order to be eligible for getting admission in MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS etc even in private colleges for management quota seat or anywhere  you must qualify Neet examination

For your reference,

Neet 2021 qualifying cutoff  for different categories is :-

.                     NEET 2021 CUT OFF

Category     cut off percentile  Cut off marks

General/ EWS     50th                   720-138

General-PH        45th                 137-122

SC                       40th                 137-108

ST                         40th                137-108

OBC                      40th                137-108

SC/ST/OBC-PH   40th               121-108

So,

General category student requires at least 138 marks, to qualify neet 2021.

Now that,

my score in neet 2021 is 48% OBC category which can i get mbbs or bams or bds or bhms and can i get government seat with my score ? plz answer this question

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 6th Nov, 2021

Hi

>>>>>> With 48 percentile being from obc

You are eligible for admission in mbbs, bds etc as you have qualified neet examination 2021.

For your reference,

Neet 2021 qualifying cutoff  for different categories is : -

.                   NEET 2021 CUT OFF

Category      percentile  Cut off marks

General/ EWS     50th      720-138

General-PH        45th       137-122

SC                       40th         137-108

ST                         40th          137-108

OBC                      40th           137-108

SC/ST/OBC-PH   40th        121-108

Coming to colleges you can get,

It's quite difficult to predict because cut off  depends upon various factors like

------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,

------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,

------------)  toughness level of the neet examination

------------)  number of seats available etc

When we go through previous data then

>>>> With  48 percentile

You hold  an extremely low chance for seat in a Government Medical College for mbbs, bds, bams, bhms etc.

You can try  for management quota seats in private medical colleges but still chances are low,  anyway  to help you in this we have Neet college predictor:-

https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

It gives you a personalized report of college in which you have chances for admission , with the help of predicted colleges you can make better choice while filling your choices of colleges during your counselling

In case,

If you want to get a seat in government medical colleges then I would suggest you to start your preparation for Neet again without wasting any further time

Follow the below tips to prepare well for your Neet examination

  • Follow routine to avoid wastage of time

  • Make sure all your studies revolve around reading practicing question and revision

  • Practice is the key, solve MCQs in each chapter

  • Stress and focus more on NCERT especially for biology

Sir, I scored 261 Marks in NEET 2021. I belong to ward of a defence person category. what is the best option with respect to government college in MBBS, BAMS or BHMS seat.

dishtiv 15th Dec, 2021
Hello aspirant!
Hope you are doing well.

See, with 261 marks it is very difficult for you to get admission in any government college either Mbbs, Bds, Bams or Bhms.
As you have not mentioned your category I am considering it to be general.
So for general category if you need any government college, you need these marks:-----------------
MBBS - 600+
BDS --580+
Bams-- 550+
Bhms--500+

But , you have qualified the exam for sure according to the cutoff percentile.
So you can get admission in any private medical college in any of the course above according to your interest. All have different procedures and totally different courses.

And there are two defense quota colleges in India one is Afmc pune and the other is acms delhi but both need very high marks if you are from general category.

To check your admission chances you can use the college predictor tool

Hope this helps you
