Banaras Hindu University has yet to notify the cutoff for various undergraduate programmes. It had already released the result on October 5 and counselling process will begin from 16th, October. So, cutoff will be issued anytime between these dates. So, you need to stay in with the official website for any update.

As per your query the answer is no you cannot get admission in any college. It is given by your school along with your marksheet. You could talk to your school principal whether there is any way to retrieve your migration certificate and if they can help with that. But this is very important for your admissions.

You might have a chance in getting admissions in BHU with this rank in general category. Candidates having a rank with in 100 in general category have high chances in getting admission but we can't be sure of it since it depend on number of seats available in respective course.
