Mostly in Canada not every college approved this certificate or Open school certificate but some of college is approved but most off time it will rejected but you can apply for this if you have any valid reason for choosing or taken admission in open school if you have valid reason then might be chances is on for approved your student visa .But you can apply for that ,

The admission to the University of Delhi is either done on merit basis of previous qualifying examination or on the merit of admission test conducted by the University.

The admission process has not started yet. So visit the university website regularly and then apply for entrance test in the desired course.

If 75% is your best four subject percentage then you might face difficulty getting into Delhi University. However, since you belong to obc category, you can expect a seat in 5th or 6th cut off.
