How do I turn on more parts of my brain and get smarter?

Nitin Mereddy 15th Nov, 2021

Turning on more parts of your brain does not make you smarter. The brain does not really work that way. An example of a brain experiencing high activation is a seizure. During a seizure, a person has severely decreased functioning and mental capability. A person having a seizure can't talk, can't walk, and can't do math problems. This extreme example should make clear that "turning on more of the brain" does not equal "smarter".

seed formation without fertilization in flowering plants involve the presses of

Hi Student,

The formation of seed without fertilization in flowering plants involves the process of apomixis.

The following process subsequently take place in the formation fruit and seed.

  1. Pollination
  2. Cell division
  3. Fertilization

But in case of apomixis there is no meiotic division and fertilization of the gametes to form a zygote. It occurs in two ways:

  • Sporophytic
  • Gametophytic

All seeds formed through this apomixis process are genetically similar because it doesn't involve formation of syngamy.

Hope it helps you.
