Biology
Hi Prince,
Bihar Board ke rules ke hisab se, agar aapne Mathematics ko apna main subject choose kiya hai aur Biology ko extra subject liya hai, to aapke total marks mein sirf Mathematics ke marks count honge. Extra subject ka marks total marks mein add nahi hoga.
Iska matlab hai ki agar aapke Biology mein Mathematics se zyada marks aate hain, to woh marks aapke total marks mein include nahi honge. Sirf Mathematics ke marks hi count honge jab aapki overall percentage calculate ki jayegi ya kisi competitive exam ke liye marks consider kiye jayenge.
Yeh rule generally saare boards mein lagu hota hai jo extra subjects aur main subjects ke distinction ko maintain karte hain. Agar aapko aur koi specific information chahiye, to aap apne school ya board ke official guidelines ko refer kar sakte hain ya unse direct pooch sakte hain.
Dhanyawad!
Hy,
Yes, you can pursue a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) even if you have completed your 12th standard with Biology as one of your subjects. BCA is primarily focused on computer applications and programming, and it does not typically require a background in Computer Science or Mathematics at the 10+2 level.
To be eligible for this course you should have an aggregate of 50% or above in 10+2.
Hello aspirant
You need not worry.
If you are preparing for neet and completed your class xii , it means you have passed put class xii. And if you were failed in maths subjects in class x then you must have cleared it later and then you would have got admission in class xi .
Fir applying neet there is condition that you must pass out clas xii with minimum 50 % aggregate marks in all subjects also minimum 50% marks ie 150 marks in physics, chemistry and biology subjects .
You must have completed minimum 17 years of age.
That's it.
If you have got good marks in class xii and will qualify neet with decent marks then you will not face any issue during mbbs counseling .
So prepare for neet with free mind and be confident.
All the best.

There is a chance you might still be eligible for B.Sc. (Hons.) Zoology in DU with a failed Chemistry score in CUET, but it depends on a few factors: Each program at DU might have a minimum marks requirement for each subject in CUET. You need to check the specific eligibility criteria for B.Sc. (Hons.) Zoology at the colleges you're interested in on the Delhi University website. Even if you meet the minimum marks requirement, admission depends on the cut-offs for the program. Since you failed Chemistry, your overall CUET score might be lower, making it more challenging to secure a seat compared to students who scored well in all subjects. https://university.careers360.com/download/ebooks/all-about-cuet I hope it helps!

Sorry to say but 163 In neet is very low score, with this score you won't get bams seat .
This year neet cut off is high . Cut off changes every year abd depends upon factors such as number of candidates appeared in exam, Toughness level of exam, seat intake and previous year's cut off.
If you belong to general category then neet qualifying percentile For general category candidate is 50th percentile ie 720 - 164.
Looking at this range you are not qualified.
Hello,
Yes, Physics and Chemistry are typically mandatory in 11th and 12th for most science-related undergraduate programs in India. However, some colleges may offer courses focusing solely on Biology and related subjects. In Chennai, certain colleges might provide specialized programs in fields like Biotechnology or Life Sciences that may not strictly require Physics and Chemistry, but these are rare. Always check individual college eligibility criteria for specific courses.
Hope this helps you,
Thank you
