Syed Yasir 19th Oct, 2020

Hello Aspirant.

Seeing that you are a 12th standard student it is clear that you are all set to step into the world of higher studies. Well, biomedical engineering is a rare combination of healthcare and engineering. Taking into account the rising health issues around the world and especially in India, this field is getting a lot of attention and has become one of the most sought-after careers so it is absolutely a fair and smart move to step into this field.

The basic eligibility for biomedical engineering is that the aspirant must have cleared 12th standard from science stream.

The placement totally depends upon your calibre and the skills you possess and of course your scores too. The places or the positions that a biomedical engineer works upon are technician, biomedical equipment developer, equipment technician, bioinstrumentation, etc.

Overall, the scope and growth of biomedical engineering is increasing at a very fast rate.

I hope my answer clears your query. Looking forward to answer more of it.
