Talking about the scholarships in bits pilani then it is of two types.

First one is that everyone is eligible for the scholarship according to the cutoffs that is defined by the CGPA and it's quite high.

For Pilani Campus:

9.7+ -80% on tution fee

9.5+ - 40% on tution fee

Secondly,you can get scholarship if your annual family income is below than the certain amount which is eligible for this scholarship and generally it is 8 lakh per annum.

For pilani campus:

8.8+ CGPA -80% on tuition fee

8.1+ CGPA - 40% on tuition fee

6+ CGPA - 25% on tuition fee

With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that it is quite difficult to predict precisely the GATE qualifying Cutoff for BIT Hyderabad that yo would require to get ME in Microelectronics or communication. This is because the GATE Cutoff varies every year and is different for different category students.

The Qualifying GATE Cutoff depends on several factors like :

• Performance of the candidate GATE exam.

• Category of the candidates

• Previous cutoff trends

However, looking at the previous year cutoff trends, in order to get Me or Mtech in Microelectronics or communication, you would need a minimum GATE Score of around 350-500 To be on the safer side.

BE stands for Bachelor in Engineering while Btech stands for Bachelor of technology. These two are more or less same in their curriculum, course etc and also  companies treat both in the same way, they differ in just their name, so it doesn't matter whether you do BE or Btech.
So,
If you are okay with BE then select BE while filling the form.

As per your profile you are an engineering aspirant so you must be seeking admission in engineering courses offered by BITS but by merely getting to rank/position in boards whether it is ISC or CBSE or any other does not matter because admission to engineering courses in all the BITs campuses are made through respective entrance examinations like JEE-Main and BITSAT. As there is no any provision of direct admission in BITs.

If you are seeking admission in BITS Pilani then you have to appear for BITSAT 2022 and if you want to get BITS Mesra then you should go for JEE-Main as the seats of BITS Mesra are allotted through JOSAA and CSAB counselling which is purely based upon JEE-Main and JEE-Advance score.

There is no NRI  quota in BITS PILANI HYDERABAD  but a better  option is available for International Students and NRI students .

They can appear foe SAT and SAT Subject Test (For physics , chemistry and  Mathematics Level 2) and use their SAT Scores to take admission is that.
