• There's no maximum and minimum age limit for bitsat so students of any age can appear in BITSAT for admission in BITS at its various campuses.
• Students applying for BITSAT 2021 must have passed class 12 not earlier than 2020 which means they must have passed class 12 in 2020 or appearing in 2021. To be eligible students need  an aggregate of minimum 75% at least  in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology in class 12 along with 60% each in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics
• Students applying for admission in any integrated first degree course other than B.Pharm must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in class 12. Students applying for B.Pharm must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology in class 12. Students are also required to possess adequate proficiency in English.

The CAT exam is for admission in management courses. But you have tagged Birla institute of technology, pilani. 

But probably you must be talking about Birla Institute of Management Technology, Noida. The cutoff of this college is generally 65-70 percentile in CAT. You must secure these marks to get into Personal Interview round.

Both the branches you have mentioned are two extremely different branches to pursue a masters degree in. If economics is your major interest pick bits, if cse is your primary concern then pick iiit sricity. If your question is about choosing a better college in engineering stream, we can help you out someway, but choosing between msc economics and mtech cse is something completely based on your interest.

According to the previous year trends in cutoffs for various branches, it is clearly not possible to get admission in CSE or ECE branch at BITS Hyderabad or any other campuses in India. However, you can get admission into other branches including EEE and mechanical. You can also go for the integrated M.Sc. courses offered. You would be able to get all courses other than the CSE and ECE branches on the basis of previous year trends on the above mentioned sccore.

You could even take a M.Sc course and pursue a B.Tech course provided your GPA is high enough(it is not that high to not achieve it).
