hello aspirant,

YES, you CAN pursue masters in Visual Communication in design after BLS LLB Degree. This is because BLS LLB is also a Bsc degree and so having a bachelors degree, it makes you eligible for Masters in Communication design.

The eligibility criteria for master in Communication design is as follows :

which LLB is good for me BLS LLB or BCOM LLB whats the difference in between this both courses

Piyush kesarwani 26th Jun, 2022

hello aspirant,

Both of the above two mentioned course are good as both of them has their own fields of interests. That means you can pursue any of the two above mentioned courses as it may interests you.

However, if you ask me, I would recommend you to go for B.Com (//B.Com) LLB Course as it has a high scope in future. B. Com+ LLB is a great career choice for those who have an interest in business and law together as it allows candidates to gain full knowledge and gain two degrees within the span of five years i.e. Bachelors of Commerce and Bachelor of Legislative Law.

Furthermore, The B.Com (//B.Com) LLB Course has the high salary which can rankge from 6LPA to even 11 LPA.

Will I get BLS degree after 3 years of BLS LLB? Is BLS a graduation degree if so can I give UPSC examination after getting that degree? Also in what subjects can i do master after getting BLS degree?

pdwords Student Expert 30th Apr, 2022

Hello,

BLS LLB is an undergraduate degree for a duration of five years, and you will only get the graduate degree after five years, not before that, moreover this course doesn't come with an exit option unlike say in integrated MSc/MA where there are universities offering three years graduate degree, after BLS-LLB you can pursue LLM with specialization in any of your preferred field such as taxation law, corporate law, intellectual property right laws, international law, human rights etc.

top colleges offering BLS-LLB are as follows'

  • GNLU Gandhinagar
  • GLC Mumbai
  • Balasaheb Thackeray Law College
  • MGM Law College
  • IBSAR School of Law
  • Yashwantrao Chavan Law College
  • SVKM's Pravin Gandhi College of Law

BLS LLB vs BA LLB can anyone plz explain the difference between these two?

Raj 21st Nov, 2021

Hello student ,

There is no practical difference with BA LLB, but BSL LLB do more focus on more on constitution and other social laws along with other laws.BLS LLB stands for Bachelor of Legal Science & Bachelor of Law (B.L.S., LLB) which is 5 years integrated course in the field of law. The first four semesters i.e. first two years constitute a 'Pre - Law' course. Students pursing this course are entitled to B.L.S. (Bachelor of Legal Science) Degree on successful completion of the third year (6th semester) and on successful completion of five years (10th semester) the LL.B. Degree is awarded.

On the other hand, B.A.LL.B is the integrated double degree course combines Bachelors’ degree course in Arts together with the Bachelors’ degree course in law. The five-year degree programme provides a foundation in social sciences and humanities.

I want to pursue Company Secretary ( CS) in future. Which law course will best complement it? BLS LLB , BBA LLB OR BCOM LLB?

darshita 27th Oct, 2021

Hello,

For becoming a company secretary you need to complete three steps :

  • Cs Foundation
  • Cs Executive
  • Cs Professional.

And if you want to join after graduation you can directly to the executive program and join the professional program and a practical training.

LL.B. is a very good combination with CS as far as course content and understanding the corporate environment is concerned. Nowadays CS is expected to perform various tasks as Law graduate along with CS. With CS plus LL.B. qualification you’ll be able to handle legal and litigation work of the company. Legal and Litigation related profile involves liasioning with senior lawyers, represent company in courts, drafting of various contracts and agreements. With LL.B. qualification you can easily handle this kind of profile.

CS consist majorly laws related to companies, ROX, SEBI and taxation and a company need a very good pleader and drafter.  With a BBA degree from a good institute or a BBA + LLB from institutes like Symbiosis or National Law University helps in communication and business understanding.

Alternatively, you can go on a tangent and pursue LLM/MBA with some kind of corporate/financial specialization.

Hope this helps!!
