This is because,

BLS LLB is a 5 year integrated course, so you will get certificate after 5 years.

You can appear in UPSC in your final year i. e 5th year of BLS LLB or after completing it.

There is no practical difference with BA LLB, but BSL LLB do more focus on more on constitution and other social laws along with other laws.BLS LLB stands for Bachelor of Legal Science & Bachelor of Law (B.L.S., LLB) which is 5 years integrated course in the field of law. The first four semesters i.e. first two years constitute a 'Pre - Law' course. Students pursing this course are entitled to B.L.S.
