Hello cc,
Based on previous year cut-off, to attain a BDS seat in a government dental college, a candidate is required to score a minimum of 450 marks in NEET. A minimum of 50th percentile under general category for those who seek admissions in private dental colleges is a requirement. As you belong to reserved category therefore the SC/ST/OBC cut-off score was 146-113 .
Under 15% all india quota, you need to score more than 480 marks in neet to get BDS seat. As you have got 449 marks so you might have a chance for getting the seat in government college.
