It is important for you to pass in 12th exam with 60% marks in mathematics and for the SSC CGL exam, you will also have to take an admission in a recognized university, otherwise you will not be appeared for SSC CGL. For SSC CGL, it is important for you to pass your graduation exam with 45% score.

Generally, you have to write you exams in English language as the medium of instruction is English. You cannot write the exam in Telugu, you may fail in the exam if you write it in Telugu. Please enquire in the examination department of the institute regarding the language of exam and follow the language that is acceptable. Otherwise your exam paper will not be evaluated by the examiner.

Yes, for KCET equal weightage for marks scored in qualifying examination that is in 10+2 examination in PCM subjects and KCET are considered to determine the rank. It means that 50% weightage is given for the marks scored in board exam and 50% weightage is given for the marks score in KCET 2022. The overall rank will be depend on the combined score.

For KCET 2021, your 2nd PUC marks won't be considered. That is, you will be getting your rank purely based upon your marks in KCET 2021. Even if you have taken drop in the year 2020 and going to appear for KCET 2021, your 2nd PUC marks won't be considered for your KCET 2021 rank.
Now there has been no official announcement regarding the ranking criteria for KCET 2022 as in if they are going to consider your 2nd PUC marks as well for KCET 2022 rank. You will have to wait for the official announcement regarding the ranking criteria for KCET 2022.

As per the official release by MHRD, Tamil Nadu Board of Higher Secondary Education is considered as one of the recognized Education Boards in India .
So, without any hesitation one could conclude that the marks you obtain in 12th standard in any of the institutes of Tamil Nadu that comes under TN Board of Higher Secondary Education is valid for D.Pharm and after the results(12th standard results) you can apply to any institute which offers D.Pharm.

you have a good score in pu board and as per your marks in KCET exam you might get a rank between 281 to 300. You will get admission through counselling in RV College of Engineering, Ramaiah college and BMS. However, this rank can vary as per the score and the difficulty level of this examination.
Following is the domicile criteria for Bihar state-
Candidates whose parent/s are residents of Bihar or refugees settled in Bihar.
Candidates whose parent/s may belong to another state but are employed with Bihar Govt.
Candidates whose parent/s were in service with the Bihar Govt. before the creation of Jharkhand, and whose services are transferable to either Bihar or Jharkhand Govt.
Candidates whose parent/s are employed with the Central Govt. or PSUs, State undertakings and are posted in Bihar.
Hence, even if you have completed your class 12th from UP state, you are eligible to take part in the state counseling process of Bihar, provided, you have the domicile certificate of Bihar.
