Simply get in touch with the institution you want to attend, and they will inform you of the process. You might need to visit the board's regional office and obtain some paperwork as well.

Aazs you mentioned that your JEE attempts are over and you are thinking to give your 12th again so let me tell you that if you are planning to do so. Then kindly aim for IIT because if you are not able to crack even NIT then you can get into some serious trouble as maximum colleges in which companies will come will not allow such drop years in your academic curriculum.
