If you have passed your 12th boards examination in the year 2021 then your JEE attempts that will counted are 2021, 2022 and the last in the year 2023.
I don't think it will be good option to give 12th examination once more because already you would have taken 2 year drop and gaps will affect in your placements. But if you want to do then you can jee mains again and you would be eligible for the year 2024,2025 and 2026 but I would suggest you to not do this and look for private colleges or state government colleges like WBJEE or whichever state you belong to . Colleges like VIT Vellore, SRM University are good private colleges.
