Hello student,
YES you can do class 11th and 12th again from the UP board even if you have already passed class 12th from the NIOS board and it is legal to do that.
Students who have passed the secondary/senior secondary course from any National/state board of school education and want to take admission for the same course, you can continue your education towards a Senior Secondary Certification, equivalent to XII standard.

Hello Aspirant,
As per the marks mentioned by you in the question your rank in KCET 2022 is expected to be under 10000-20000 . But note that this is not your exact rank because it is not yet released and the rank predicted above is on the basis of previous year's data.
As the rank Vs marks keeps on changing depending upon various factors such as :
** Number of candidates appeared for examination.
** Top score for that particular year.
** Total number of seats available.
And some more factors, therefore your actual rank in KCET 2022 might vary with slight variations.
You can use KCET 2022 College Predictor toll to predict the colleges that you can get based upon your KCET 2022 rank. You can use KCET College predictor from the link given below :-

KCET is conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority for admission to undergraduate Engineering, Pharmacy, and other professional courses at participating institutions in Karnataka. KEA will declare results at its official site: http://kea.kar.nic.in/
However, candidates can predict their ranks even before the result declaration on the basis of previous year results. With 70 marks in KCET you can secure rank in the range of 6000 - 10000. Please keep in mind that this is not your rank, it is just prediction based on previous year results.
