Hi there!
Well it is not possible to get exact rank corresponding to any marks as because the marks vs ranking is depends on various factors like:
1- Difficulty level of examination
2- Number of students appeared for examination
3- Number of seat available in institute
4- Category of an individual
5- Relative marking and many more
So, it is not possible to get exact rank, however we can get a rough idea of marks vs rank by analyzing previous year trends.
Hence with score 66 in KCET, your rank would be anywhere in between 9000 and 10000, however it is not the exact rank as it vary year to year.
