You have BCA, B.Tech in Computer Network Systems, B.Sc Computers as your options. The eligibility criteria for doing a diploma or undergraduate program in computer science is candidates must have passed their 12th with 50% mark in science stream. No, board exam marks are not considered for admission in universities as admission takes place through NEET (For 15% All India Quota) and other state entrance exams. However, following are the eligibility criteria for admission-
- Candidates must have passed 12th class with at least 50% from any recognized board
- Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry and Biology as their compulsory subjects
-Eligibility to most veterinary colleges and universities is on the basis of marks secured in the entrance examinations conducted by the respective universities and colleges.
Other entrance exams include RPVT (Rajasthan), WBJEE (West Bengal), KCET, KEAM, JCECE (Jharkhand)

Ideally, you should have not pursued 11th from 2 schools but still nothing to worry, you won't face any problem.
Just make sure that while filling neet application form, in the section of 11th details give the details of the school from which you have done both 11th & 12th . Don't ever mention about your 11th from another school anywhere. Just forget that if you have even done it.

If you wish to change your school after your 11th standard, you can approach your Headmaster/Headmistress with a proper letter stating the reasons for the same. Frankly speaking, they should provide TC to the student when asked. But the issuing of TC to a student mid-way between his/her higher secondary depends completely on the decision of the HM and the severity of the reason stated by the student itself.
So, I think you may have some better reasons in your mind to convince your HM for obtaining TC from your school.

see with arts stream in 12th you are not eligible for NEET.
a candidate must have to passed 10+2 with minimum 50 percent in PCB OR PCMB from a recognised board then he/she is eligible for neet.
if you want to restart your 11th and 12th from open school to apper in neet then obviously you can but remember it's will demand you a lots of hard work, consistency and smart study tips cause you are not in touch with the basic science math syallabus.
afrer completing your 11th and 12th from pcb then you are eligible to apper in neet.
