For getting admission in college through commerce with maths stream you will have to fill college form after the result declaration of your 12th . As most of the admission process start after the declaration the 12th result only . But still if you want to go for any college then you should apply for different entrance exam as per your interested course you can apply for that entrance exam to get admission in various college while studying in 12th .

You got 137.5 in jee paper 2 & 79% in your board exam.
Now, look, for 155+, one can get a government college.
For 130 - 155 region, one can get a descent private college.
For 100 - 130 marks, one can get a medium private college.
So, you have enough chances to get a good private college. You may try for govt college also but chances are quite low.

Sir JJ college of architecture accepts JEE mains paper 2 and NATA for admission of students into BArch.
your 12th board score is good and makes you eligible for top college. selection depends on your entrance score/rank. if you will score above 80% of the total score then you will be get it for sure.
for minimum target, aim for 75% of the total score. Practice well. All The best.

Yes dear, you are eligible for JEE Mains examination even if you have got only 74.6%.
This is because ,
There's no percentage barrier to be eligible for JEE mains
Actually to be eligible for JEE mains 2020 for BE or Btech one just must be either appearing for 12th board exam in 2020 or should have passed it in 2019 or 2018 with Physics, mathematical and anyone of Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology or Technical Vocational Subject
But yes,
To be eligible for NITs, IIITs, GFTIs , jee advanced( for iits) one needs at least 75% marks in aggregate in class 12 if belong to general or obc category or at least 65% marks if belongs to SC/ST or must be in the top 20 percentile in class 12 examination.
