Now talking about government pharmacy institute gulzarbagh, you do have a Chance to get admission in the college using your category rank. 

Hello aspirant your rank is not that bad. But it is less to get admission in jadavpur university. The previous year cutoff for pharmaceutical technology in JU was closed at 3991 for open category. So the possibility are less. But you can apply for other colleges in west bengal.

For pursuing the degree in bachelor of pharmacy ip university is one of the best option. From 2019, there is no entrance test for bpharm / btech in ipu.  The candidates are selected as per the basis of JEE Main score followed by online GGSIPU counseling. 

For any other course there is common entrance for it.
