You need to put timetable based on your free time try to spend atleat 2 hours per day. The time may be based on your schedule. But don't get distracted during that two hours be dedicated to your work. Buy previous year questio  papers and see how the question paper is designed and try to solve one question paper per day when ever you are free. You can definitely clear bpsc exam. It will tough in the beginning days trust me if you follow these steps you can definitely clear the exam.

BPSC is held for Combined Competitive posts and Judicial posts and the syllabus is different for each of the examinations. The official website has the updated syllabus and it is a 100 page word document. Hence helping you with the link: http://www.bpsc.bih.nic.in/Syllabus.htm . You need to clear the Public Service Examination to become a DSP. Once you clear the examination, there is a training period of 2 years post which you are posted as a DSP.

Hello student this type of error take place because of some technical glitch no need to worry if your money got deducted twice they you must have got two separate transactions number from your respective bank you need to visit your bank with both of the transaction numbers and raise a complaint against it you might need to submit an application to your branch manager and they'll refund your money as soon as possible.
