There are only four government physiotherapy college in Maharashtra and it's demanding course in Maharashtra so cut off marks for govt physiotherapy college are very High even compared to BAMS/BHMS/nursing course.
I'm putting the cut off marks for open category candidates for these four government physiotherapy college in Maharashtra state quota counseling in NEET 2021 below
LTMC PT, MUMBAI- 470 marks
GS PT, MUMBAI- 473 marks
TNMC PT, MUMBAI - 490 marks
GMC PT, NAGPUR- 431 marks
So by comparing your expected marks,i don't think you have chances in those govt college.
Although you will get private colleges of physiotherapy in Maharashtra state quota counseling,so you can apply for that if you are willing

Bachelor of physiotherapy or BPT is a four-year undergraduate program comprised of four months internship program. It is a type of health professional course which deals with the science of body and its physical movements. After the completion of this course there will be a mandatory internship program from a recognized hospital.
Candidates must fulfill the following requirements for this undergraduate program -
1. Candidate should have passed 10+2 examination with min 50% marks.
2. He/She should have completed 10+2 with physics, chemistry and biology as a compulsory subjects.
3. Candidates should have passed in english.
