B.P.T.
With 121 marks in NEET under the SC category, getting admission in BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) or BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) in private colleges is possible in many states, especially in later rounds or mop-up rounds.
For BHMS, many private colleges accept NEET-qualified SC candidates with scores as low as 100–130 marks, depending on the state and seat availability. Government BHMS colleges are unlikely at this score, but you may still get a seat in lesser-known private colleges.
For BPT, NEET is not compulsory in most states. Admission is often based on Class 12 marks, especially in private institutions. So, you can apply separately for BPT courses even if your NEET score is low.
GEMS college does not offer BPT courses, and rank of 13000 is not sufficient to get you into a government college for BPT.
You can explore CUET based options for BPT courses for admission into government colleges, or other health allied courses which accept EAMCET scores.
With a CUET score of 392 you have a good chance of getting a decent chance of getting admission in BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) in colleges like DU or GGSIPU.
Most CUET based allied health courses have a cutoff upto 350 and you are well within this range.
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is not a core MBBS program, so the NEET cut-off for BPT is generally lower than for MBBS or BDS. In many states, candidates with NEET scores around 250–400 have a good chance depending on reservation and seat availability. Some colleges even offer admission without NEET based on 12th marks.

If you scored low in NEET and CUET and DPSRU seats are filled, you still have options. Jamia Hamdard may still consider CUET scores depending on merit and category. You can also explore other reputed private universities offering BPT like Amity University, Sharda University, Manav Rachna, and D.Y. Patil. Many private institutions have management quota or conduct their own entrance exams. Keep checking their websites or call admissions for updates. As an OBC minority candidate, you may also benefit from reserved seats or scholarships if available.
Hello aspirant,
Candidates must have finished Class 12 with Science (PCB) in order to be admitted to BPT in 2025. Generally speaking, you must have earned a minimum percentage, usually 50%, in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in your 10+2 exam. In order to select students, many institutions use entrance exams such as the NEET or state-level exams. After counseling, you can select the college of your choice.
