After BBA its better to go for MBA it holistically upgrades you to a better version. For that make sure to give management exams like Cat, Snap, Nmat, Cmat, Xat, mat etc.
Make sure to get high percentiles so that you endup in good colleges because Mba programs cost from 12lakh-25lakhs on an average So ROI is very Important as well as placements.

Good Luck!!
At this time there is no college open for Bsc admissions and so you can try if private colleges will take you for admission.
Because the session starts from August so accordingly you have to check with some private colleges if they are talking for admissions.
If you want to pursue your career in marketing field then you can go for MBA in marketing. B.Com/BBA both are the good options, the only difference is B.Com is your degree program whereas BBA comes under professional courses and after doing anyone of them you can go for MBA. And according to me better to go for BBA then MBA but also consider your interest and potential before choosing the same. Decide wisely. Good Luck!!!
