BSEB
Hello aspirant,
Generally candidates opt for PCM with biology only if they have a strong grip over mathematics or they want to attempt the NEET exam as well as JEE exam. If you wish to do something in the medical field such as MBBS, BDS, BAMS or BHMS, you can give the NEET exam. If you wish to do pursue something in the engineering field, you can attempt the JEE exam. However, if you are unsure about what course you would like to take up further in future, you can attempt both the exams and see for yourself what you wish to do in the future and where you have scored better marks. Though marks do not matter if really want to do something, they can act as an indicator sometimes as to where you can have a better scope of building a better future.
Hope it helps! All the best!

I believe your query is for MBA as from your profile it seems you're a B-School aspirant, see the eligibility criteria of MBA is based on graduation, generally speaking candidates need to pass graduation in any discipline from a recognized university securing 50% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved categories, the entire process of MBA admission consists of various parameters such as the entrance test scores, written test(if any), group discussion/personal interview, your academic scores, work experience if any etc, these parameters may vary as per norms of B-Schools, top B-Schools definitely give importance to academic records of candidates however there are also other B-Schools where priorities in terms of selection is different, so instead of thinking about your 12th results, focus on areas which have scope for improvement, such as your graduation, aim for high marks in entrance test you want to appear for( utilize your free time in college to at least start your preparation in small steps but consistent manner) build up your profile in terms of internships, learning courses relative to your domain, so basically you have to focus on areas where there are chances for improvement, the reason for MBA is definitely career advancement and pay package, so of course whatever institute you want to go for, check out the placement records because it does matter.
CAT is one the most popular B-School entrance test, IIMs and many top B-Schools accept this scores, however there are also other entrance tests which you can opt for such as CMAT/XAT/MAT/SNAP, NMAT, ATMA to name a few, there are also state level management exams such as .MAH CET, TANCET, TSICET,APICET etc,
