Yes , It's possible .. but only on the basis of individual college's requirement .Some colleges may take admission only on the basis of who have taken BSW or BA in Social Work in their Graduation .

Well, in Distance learning program , you can opt MSW without any restriction regarding graduation topic .

see you did not mention about the college name, bachelors of social work is generally duration of 3 years full time course.

the eligibility criteria generally mentioned in official brochure or course eligibility criteria.

generally public service commissions has various vacancy and most of its comes for graduate candidates. after completing bachelors in social work you are eligible to apply for upsc civil service, bank po, ssc cgl, railway recruitment for graduate professionals, rrb recruitment, public service commission exams etc.

so now it would depends on your choice of studies which course you intend to take for three years bachelors degree.
