Budget
You haven't mentioned the Category you belong and the State that you hold the domicile of. With this score even with SC/ST reservation, a seat in MBBS in GMCs difficult. there are 3 Categories in Private Medical Colleges. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. And only candidates of the home State are eligible to apply for these seats. You will need more than 550 here. B Category seats are also called Management Quota Seats and they are filled through State Counselling and here, you will need atleast 450 and above and the remaining seats are filled through direct Admissions by contacting the College directly provided the Candidate has registered for the respective State Counselling and has not been able to secure a seat in the Counselling. Here the fees is usually nothing less than 40 lakhs. This is where you might have chances. The last Category is NRI seats Category and you cannot apply for that.

Most of the Indians get some sort of financial aids in form of grants, scholarships and educational loans if accepted into Harvard University, on basis of merit, financial means and background.
Firstly you need a great score in SAT(Undergraduate), GRE (Postgraduate) or GMAT (Management) , whichever is your target as the acceptance rate at Harvard is as low as 5%.
Besides this, you need to have a good profile with both academic and co-curricular achievements, high grades in University and also a good Statement of Purpose, to increase chances of getting accepted in Harvard.

Raj, you haven't mentioned the Candidates Category and the State that she holds the domicile of. But in States like UP, Kerala, Bihar, Odisha, a seat in Government Medical Colleges is difficult. There are chances for Government Quota seats in Private Medical Colleges. These are approximately 10 lakhs. But if you are enquiring about Private Medical Colleges of other States, she can only try for Management Quota seats. These will be in the budget that you are quoting. But again these seats are also filled through Counselling. Karnataka is a State where she might have a decent chance in. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
