As West Bengal neet counselling is still going on. The results of WB are out on nov 16 in night.you can get admission to allocated college on nov17&18. So till today admission Is going on. So after this they will release the vaccant seat for round2 and also may release the cut off ranks and marks for round1.

There are very less chances that you will get college under 8 lakh total expenses. About 8-9 lakhs will be yours tution fee only. Other expenses will be also there like hostel charge, mess charge, academic etc.

Same fees structure around 2lakh is in Jharkhand so. You will have expenses of more than 8 lakh for total course fees.

On 373 marks you seem not to have a seat in government college but for sure you can try for private and deemed university as they have relatably low cut off. Please mention your state so that your college should be predicted. But no worries check out the link below
