They will offer you 30+ courses that will cover every area of HR, finance, business analytics, strategy, etc. Looking at the changing demands of industries, one must be good enough to survive in any environment keeping this in mind these colleges make you competent enough to achieve the demands.
Getting placed completely depends on the number of internships you have done and how you have spent the 2 years of post-graduation. It does depend on your past background.
To choose one out of this two option(business analytics or supply chain management) it completely depends on your area of interest. But if you are asking about jobs salary wise then business analytics has more salary benefits and perks.
Hi,
Well doing B.Com from a good and a reputed college might get you a job by the end of your undergraduate education but that's not the case in India that much. If you plan to go abroad for both education and job then the chances might be higher for you to get a decent job with good salary but in India limited opportunities are available only after undergraduate studies and further studies and experience will be needed to end up with a good job with good salary.
I hope this helps.
All the best.

Hey,
You might have seen people from other streams opting for a MBA degree and then acing the placement in a good MNC. The only condition is that the college you have taken admission in for your MBA degree should also be good and reputed.
No coming to you, You have BBA and along with that your are trying to opt for MBA. So trust me it won't be a problem for you to bang a good placement package.
You just try doing your MBA from a good Tier 1 college.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
After MTech in general the scenario is 4-7 LPA. But this doesn't mean that you can't get better packages. See if you are hoping for placement in your college, then the package will primarily depend on the knowledge you have and remaining on the status of your college. So if you have good knowledge and if your college is of well repute then no doubt you will get far better packages. But if you have mediocre college then the packages usually don't increase above the average offer.
Now you should try to gain experience via Internships or some way out so that you can produce a certification of experience. Mind it, in the field, experience is the key to success. So go for internships at Internshala or some place else and just apply for internship. This way you will earn some money as well as you will make yourself more job friendly.
I hope my answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
The placement criteria is the same for more or less all courses at UPES. Companies that come for recruitment might look at the students’ scores in University exams, or some might conduct their own exams.
The average annual package received by students of UPES School of Business after MBA is Rs. 7- 7.5 lakh per annum. The highest package received in 2021 was Rs. 25 LPA.
