To pursue BCA in Canada , you need to complete your 12th standard with an minimum aggregate of 50%. Some universities provide admission based on merit of 12th grade but others are mainly based on the entrance exams and the cutoffs of your SAT and ACT courses.
In US the fees range from 13,500-1,41,000 dollars. A minimum score of 6.5 on IELTS and 79 in TOEFL is preferred.

see it totally depends on you, after completing 12th you may apply for Canadian university, you have to appear in certain entrance test like IELTS academic test, which score is acceptable for ug admission. however most of the colleges offers bca course instead of Integrated course. so based on your decision you need to study and prepare for upcoming entrance test. however there is also option to study bachelors course in India and then apply for MCA at abroad, which is also good and from my point it is much better than to go for study at abroad after 12th. once you complete bca , you may apply for jobs and get some experience, this would have advance effect to selection in top notch university.

Well if you want to pursue pharmaceutical management from Canada then you might will have to give the GMAT exam. Most of the colleges in United States and Canada require students to give GMAT that is Graduate management aptitude test in order to be eligible for admission.
